A hand-painted wall mural is fun and stimulates the imagination. A hand painted mural guarantees a room with a view!

Think of the fun your child would have with his or her own bedroom wall mural. Think of the fun you yourself would have!

So how about it? Are you ready to paint one?

After all, paint is an inexpensive way to transform a room. Just experiment with different techniques in a small area. If you do not like what you see, you can simply paint over it and try something else!

I admit it. As a muralist, I am a complete novice. You see, I am in the midst of painting my very first mural right now! That's my mural in progress in the photo at the top of the page.

Although I am not a seasoned veteran, I will share with you my adventures as a fledgling mural artist and will provide photos which I hope will inspire you to give mural painting a try yourself.

By the way, my whimsical mural is not for a child -- it's in my own bedroom! I guess I'm just a big kid at heart. And I do love my arts and crafts projects (this one is more on the "art" side), so I am having a lot of fun with it.
